Back and performing LIVE in Stanford on Easter Sunday, 9 April is the extraordinarily talented and much-loved Jono Tait from the Alternative Folk band, Hatchetman. A singer, song writer and guitarist, Jono is no stranger to Stanford. Having spent a lot of weekends and holidays here with his aunt and uncle, Mariana, and Peter Esterhuizen as a child, he has a special place in his heart for our Village.
Jono studied classical and jazz music and choral singing throughout school. Jono picked up guitar at the age of fourteen and set about becoming the musician he is today. His abilities as a composer and performer have seem him excel in numerous projects across the dynamic and varied SA music scene.
